Free eSIM promotion terms

1. Organiser

The promotion is run by OnlineBuilders LLC, operator of PrivJet (see legal notice). The eSIM profiles are provided by our partner eSIM Access (Redtea Mobile) over mobile networks in each country.

2. Who can take part

Anyone aged 18 or over with a PrivJet account whose email address and mobile number are confirmed. There is at most one free eSIM per person, account, mobile number, email address and device. Variants of the same email address count as the same address.

3. What you get

The free eSIM includes 1 GB of data for one country from the list on this page, valid for at least 7 days from the first connection in the destination country. It includes no phone number, calls or text messages.

Passengers with a paid booking through PrivJet can additionally get an eSIM with 10 GB for the destination country of their flight on request.

4. Availability

We hand out the free eSIMs while stocks last. There is no entitlement to an eSIM. If they are all taken, you can join the waiting list.

5. Installation and lapse

Please install the eSIM within 7 days of claiming it. eSIMs that are not installed lapse after that; the eSIM for a flight lapses only 2 days after the flight. The eSIM has no cash value and cannot be paid out or transferred.

6. Misuse

Anyone using several accounts, other people's numbers or automated tools to use the promotion more than once will be excluded. In that case we may block eSIMs already issued.

7. Changes and end

We may change or end the promotion at any time. eSIMs already issued are not affected, except in cases of misuse.

8. Liability

Coverage and speed depend on the local mobile network. We are not liable for network outages. Our terms and conditions apply otherwise.

9. Privacy

For the promotion we process your mobile number, an encrypted device identifier from the app and your account data to prevent repeated use. The confirmed number is saved to your account. The free eSIM is offered in exchange for your consent that PrivJet may send you empty leg offers and promotions by SMS and WhatsApp to this number. You can withdraw the consent at any time in the eSIM section; an eSIM already issued remains yours. Details are in our privacy policy.
