How to handle a request
No account or portal needed: everything runs through links in our emails. The customer pays you the full flight price directly (by bank transfer or by card through your own Stripe account) and pays PrivJet’s service fee on top. PrivJet costs you nothing.
Email
The request arrives by email
You receive route, date, passengers and aircraft type with a link. The reply deadline is in the email (15 minutes for last-minute flights up to 24 hours). We only ask the operator who offers an empty leg; a charter request goes to several operators and the customer picks an offer.

You
Confirm or decline
In the form: registration, departure and arrival time (local), captain, the passenger meeting point (pick from the airport’s FBO list or enter it) and how the customer pays you: by bank transfer (IBAN) or by card through your Stripe account. You connect it right in the form. If the price does not work, propose a new one and the customer decides. Or decline with one click.

Customer → PrivJet
The customer pays the service fee
The customer now has 48 hours (12 hours if departure is less than 3 days away). If they do not pay, the booking is cancelled and you get an email. Until then you hold the aircraft.
Customer → you
The customer pays the flight price
With bank transfer you get an email once the fee has arrived: the booking is firm and the customer transfers the flight price directly to you with the reference PJ-<booking ID>; if they report the transfer, we let you know. With card, the customer pays through your Stripe account, often flight price and fee in one payment, with the fee going to PrivJet automatically.

You
Confirm receipt of payment
With bank transfer, click “Payment received” in the email once the money is in; only then does the customer get the boarding pass and wallet pass. Nothing arrived? Press “Not received yet” and we follow up. With card payment through Stripe there is nothing to confirm: the booking counts as paid with the payment, and you get an email.

You
Passenger list and flight day
The same page shows the passenger list (names, dates of birth, passport/ID numbers) for your manifest and, once paid, the customer’s phone number. We send it again 24 hours before departure. Changes to aircraft, crew, time or meeting point: just reply to our email.
Questions from operators
What does PrivJet cost me?
Nothing. The customer pays the service fee to PrivJet on top of the flight price. You receive the full flight price you entered.
When and how do I get paid?
The customer pays you the flight price directly: by bank transfer to your account at the latest 7 days before departure (immediately for short-notice flights), or by card through your Stripe account, then straight away at booking. PrivJet does not pay you out and never holds money for you.
What if the customer does not pay?
If they do not pay the service fee, the booking is cancelled automatically and you get an email. If the flight price is missing at the deadline, we ask you about the receipt and sort it out with the customer.
Can I change the price?
For an empty leg the price the customer signed applies. You can propose a different price with a reason in the form; the customer then decides.
Do I need an account?
No. Everything runs through the links in our emails. You only need an operator portal account to list empty legs yourself or use the API.
Can I try it first?
Yes: the sample request shows the real form and payment page with sample data. Nothing is saved.
How can the customer pay me?
You decide per booking in the confirmation form: by bank transfer to your account or by card through your own Stripe account. With Stripe the customer can pay flight price and service fee in one card payment; Stripe deducts the service fee automatically and passes it to PrivJet. You always receive the full flight price.
How do I connect Stripe?
Choose “Card via Stripe” in the confirmation form, or go to “Payouts” in the operator portal: select your company’s country and Stripe guides you through the details in about 5 minutes (company, representatives, bank account). You get your own Stripe account with the full dashboard; you can use an existing Stripe login. Available in over 40 countries: all of Europe (EU/EEA, Switzerland, the UK), the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, the UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand. Where Stripe is not available (e.g. Turkey), bank transfer remains.
What does card payment cost me?
PrivJet charges you nothing. Stripe deducts its usual card fees from your account. You can carry them yourself or set a card surcharge of up to 4 % on the flight price in the form, which the customer sees before paying. Note: in the EU, surcharges on consumer cards are generally not permitted.
When does card money arrive?
The payment lands in your Stripe account immediately, and Stripe pays it out to your bank account on your payout schedule (usually after a few business days). The booking counts as paid with the payment; you do not need to confirm receipt.
Who carries chargebacks on card payments?
The payment runs through your Stripe account, so a chargeback is handled there like any other card payment. We support you with the pre-contract, passenger list and booking history as evidence.
What applies to cancellation or withdrawal?
For flights on a fixed date the customer has no statutory right of withdrawal (§ 312g(2) No. 9 German Civil Code). Until the service fee is paid they can cancel free of charge; after that the pre-contract’s cancellation scale applies (§ 4.3): more than 21 days before departure they get 50 % back, after that nothing. We tell you by email exactly which part of the flight price to refund; for card payments the refund runs through your Stripe account. If you cancel after confirming, the customer gets everything back, including the service fee.
